It sure does…. Time does fly, we often take our days for granted, we don’t pay all the attention we should to all of the little things. Every time we lose someone close to us, every time we reach a milestone in life; that’s when we look back and realize just how fast time flies.
Having a child, being pregnant and giving birth, this has made me notice just how fast time passes. Hawk is 10.5 months old, he’s only a month and a half away from his FIRST BIRTHDAY. I’m seriously in a WTF daze…. How did a year pass already? How is it possible that we found out we were pregnant almost 2 years ago?? This is insane.
We’ve had the most awesome experience ever being parents. People would tell me that having a child really puts your relationship to the test, it’s true. Greg and I have learned a lot together, we’ve also argued a lot and have probably wanted to strangle one another more than a few times…. but here we are. We are just a month and a half away from “surviving” our first year of parenthood, together.
Life is short. Time is fast. No replay, no rewind. So enjoy every little moment as it comes. – Unknown
